Facility Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage facility operations, including housekeeping, soft services, technical services, and MEP maintenance.
  
• Oversee chiller and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for fire fighting system maintenance and repairs.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations related to facilities management.
  
• Supervise a team of staff members responsible for various aspects of facility administration.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization from a recognized institution.
  
• 4-8 years of experience in facility management or a related field (FMCG industry preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of FM principles, practices, and procedures; ability to apply this expertise effectively on the job.
