Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Automation Solutions Manager to lead automation initiatives across the organization. This role involves automating MIS reporting dashboards, integrating Generative AI (Gen AI) agents into product workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, innovative problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving workflow optimization through automation.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Automate MIS Reporting & Dashboards :

- Develop and maintain automated MIS reporting processes.

- Design real-time dashboards integrating data from multiple sources like CRM and ERP systems.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting.

- Identify and address reporting inefficiencies.

Develop & Integrate Gen AI Agents :

- Build and implement Gen AI agents for product workflows, customer support, and product testing.

- Automate customer inquiry handling and improve user satisfaction.

- Integrate AI-driven testing bots into CI/CD pipelines.

- Continuously enhance the performance of Gen AI agents based on feedback.

Collaborate Across Teams :

- Partner with data engineers, analysts, and product managers to align automation solutions with business goals.

- Act as a subject matter expert on automation technologies and AI tools.

Continuous Improvement & Optimization :

- Stay updated on automation and AI trends.

- Propose scalable solutions to improve efficiency.

- Ensure the performance and scalability of automation systems.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in automation tools for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

- Proficiency in Generative AI and machine learning frameworks.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).

- Familiarity with API integrations and microservices for automation workflows.

- Hands-on experience in product workflow automation using RPA and AI-driven bots.

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.

- Certifications in automation tools, AI technologies, or cloud platforms (i.e., AWS Certified Machine Learning) are a plus
