Portfolio Assistant

As part of our team, your Key Accountabilities:

• Supports efforts associated with successful execution of all project tasks as directed by the project APM and/or Project Manager.

• Ownership of low maintenance projects (

• Facilitate positive relationships within assigned client accounts including routine written, telephone and face-to-face communication.

• Maintenance of detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists and risk management plans.

• Escalate project escalations as appropriate in a timely manner and assist in resolution with internal stakeholders.

• As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes, adding value to our business and meeting client needs.

• Responsible for compliance with Company Procedures in support of client deliverables

• Must be able to communicate effectively with all members of Project Management and have excellent written and spoken English skills

• Must be detail orientated

• Must have solid MS Office Suite experience Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent or relevant experience

• Background in Pharmaceutical, Medical education and/or CRO

• Experience of clinical trials/pharmaceutical industry/life sciences.
