Job Title: VPP Network Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled VPP (Vector Packet Processing) Network Engineer with expertise in C/C++, Unix/Linux, and advanced networking protocols.The primary focus will be on decryption of traffic, service chaining, and enhancing network performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in low-level programming, traffic analysis, and cryptographic protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement traffic decryption mechanisms using SSL/TLS or other cryptographic protocols.
• Develop and optimize service chaining solutions for efficient network traffic routing.
• Work with Vector Packet Processing (VPP) to enhance data plane performance.
• Analyze and troubleshoot network traffic using tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, or custom packet parsers.
• Implement and debug network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, SSL/TLS).
• Ensure seamless integration of network functions using NFV (Network Function Virtualization) and SDN (Software-Defined Networking) concepts.
• Debug and resolve performance issues in Unix/Linux environments.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Programming Languages:
• Proficiency in C/C++ with experience in low-level networking or system development.
2. Networking Expertise:
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, BGP, SSL/TLS).
• Experience with traffic analysis and packet capture tools like Wireshark, tcpdump.
• Knowledge of service chaining and virtualized network functions.
3. Cryptography:
• Hands-on experience with SSL/TLS decryption, key exchange mechanisms, and traffic analysis.
4. Unix/Linux Skills:
• Strong experience with Unix/Linux systems (process management, system calls, debugging).
• Scripting experience (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation.
5. VPP (Vector Packet Processing):

Prior experience with VPP or a similar data plane framework for high-performance networking is a plus
