We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Conference Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing conferences.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting all the conference team in day-to-day duties such as speaker calls and emails, speaker contracts, updating of website with speakers and agenda, creating content, etc
• Manage all the logistics for the conference where needed and conference production if onsite
• Assist in all other conference areas as necessary
• Oversee preparation of onsite conference program for the assigned events
• Assist in ensuring proactive planning, communication, and scheduling of the conference
• Research competitor events to produce higher-quality agendas
• Monitor the conference content on the website and social media sites to ensure they are updated
• Ensure compliance with the law (e.g copyright and data protection)
• Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audiences attention
• Coming up with new and innovative ideas to keep the conference interesting including but not limited to delegates evaluations, speaker evaluations, etc
• Any other Ad hoc tasks related to SiGMA

Requirements:

• Have an understanding of Blockchain, Crypto, Digital Assets, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain Gaming, GameFi, SportsTech, Esports, and Gaming industries to conduct relevant speaker research and come up with conference agenda themes
• Have relevant experience in managing conference content and speakers management
• Event production experience
• Database of crypto, blockchain,n and gaming networking contacts is a PLUS
