We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in sales and business development while contributing to the growth of our company. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present our products/services effectively.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities and report on progress regularly.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the department.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
Personal Traits: Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
