Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services. Explain the features and benefits of our offerings to potential customers. Follow up on leads generated through various channels. Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Stay updated on product/service knowledge and industry trends. Provide feedback to the management regarding customer concerns and market trends. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to convince and persuade potential customers. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus. Fluent in multiple languages is an advantage. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
