Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Strategy Manager to join us. This role is critical in defining and driving the strategic direction of our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and market opportunities.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

Product Roadmap:

Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the roadmap aligns with market demands and technological advancements.

Market Analysis:

Analyse market data, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions. Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and other strategic opportunities. Knowledge of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with senior leadership to communicate product strategy and gain buy-in. cross team integration to ensure cohesive execution of the product strategy.

Performance Metrics:

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact. Monitor product performance against these metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Innovation and Ideation:

Foster culture of innovation by staying abreast of industry trends and encouraging creative solutions. Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate new product ideas.

Qualifications:

- A Minimum of 2-3 years of experience

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies - category management of retail or related field
