Catgeory Manager - Raw Material Sourcing Firm - IIT/NIT/BITS (4-10 yrs)

We have an urgent job opening for Category Manager with Global raw material sourcing company.

Location : Bangalore

As a Senior Manager, Founder's Office at Ximkart, you will:

- Lead a category and be responsible for its growth and economics, and formulating long term road map for the categories the person is responsible for.

- Understand the product and industry trends and take the necessary steps to leverage tailwinds/mitigate headwinds

- Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business and use case, and establish long-term, successful partnerships.

- Work closely with senior executives at top supplier firms to successfully negotiate deals and help in on-boarding.

- Engage with internal and external customers/teams to improve products and business processes

- Responsible for hiring the best talent and promote the right team culture to help grow the category

- Review and monitor performance of key partners to manage their performance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :

- 4+ years of category experience in a top start-up or a large multinational company

- Graduate of a Tier 1 Engineering Institute, like - IITs, BITs, NITs, etc

- Prior experience influencing C-level executives
