You support in the growth and implementation of a Digital Solutions & Innovation agenda for Siemens Global Business Services (GBS), collaborating cross-functionally with other strategists, developers, product managers, and engineers to craft end-to-end solutions that solve customer problems.
You identify, design, and prioritize value adding solutions by applying state of the art technologies and services with the focus on AI.
You drive stakeholder collaboration and communication by conducting workshops, and by jointly exploring different approaches, their risks, benefits, and impacts.
You act as a translator between the tech teams and the business world, conveying stories and messages that drive awareness for digital transformation, AI and innovation.
You are responsible for the E2E of solutions rollout including the definition and alignment of user stories, calculation of business impact, testing of developments, identification of changes.
You ensure quality and continuous enhancements within the area of responsibility on a day-to-day basis.
You foster feedback, communication, and service development culture according to company values.

You d describe yourself as:
You have at least 3 years experience in product or service management with a focus on digital services and/or AI.
Master or MBA/MBS in Business, Innovation Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
You have proven experience in creating customer focused solutions by consulting customers and stakeholders from problem towards solution.
You have experience in working at the intersection between different stakeholders like development teams, customers, and ecosystem partners.
You have proven skills in agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban preferably as Product Owner.
You have the ability to identify, define and drive new AI opportunities E2E with different stakeholder in a fast-paced environment.
You can plan and drive workshops, identify, co-ordinate and align requirements applying methods from customer development and design thinking.
Strong initiative and demonstrated ownership quality across functions and levels.
You have strong communication and presentation skills.
You have a degree in Business, Innovation Management, or equivalent and speak English fluently.
