Your new role - challenging and future- oriented:
- Will receive requests for issuing or revising controlled documents (Specifications, Process Descriptions, etc.).
- Will update and maintain a database of controlled documents in Siemens Energy system of Teamcenter.
- Will coordinate and follow through with technical review team to ensure that controlled documents are reviewed and released in a timely manner.
- Will be responsible for ensuring that frequently-used controlled documents are reviewed and revised or affirmed on a regular basis.
- May help Engineers in performing data analysis for preparing reports.
- May help Engineers and Managers in preparing presentations.
- May help managers in further utilizing tools in MS Teams for organizing things like KANBAN boards, workflow representations, load planning, etc.
We don t need superheroes, just super minds:
Education Level: Bachelor s of Engineering or higher.
- Must be very organized and disciplined.
- Must have expert-level proficiency of the English Language.
- Must have expert level skill in Technical Writing.
- Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in the English Language.
- Oral and Written Communication must be Clear, Concise, and Consistent.
- Must be able to organize tasks efficiently and work collaboratively with a remote team.
- Must have some level of project management skills.
- The reason for this is that the job will require organizing tasks and following through with team members to ensure that all reviews and approvals are completed in a timely manner.
- Must be willing and able to work full-time in the office to maintain secure control of Siemens Energy proprietary documents.
- Must be able to balance and maintain effectiveness of multiple projects at the same time.
- Additional qualities required are:
- Data Analysis skills (Statistics, plots, trends, etc.)
- Mastery of programs like:
- Visio
- Excel
- Word
- PowerPoint
- MiniTab
- MS Teams
- Ability to facilitate digitization activities like, data management, web portals, etc.
This role is based at Site (Gurgaon). You ll also get to visit other locations in India and beyond, so you ll need to go where this journey takes you. In return, you ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries - and the shape of things to come.
