Job Description

You ll make a difference by:

Responsible for the administration of Siemens Share Match Plan and Stock Awards for Senior and Non-Senior Managers globally.

Ensure the correct processing of employee-related data for all share programs.

Ensuring that the payouts and deductions & various validations are performed by the team members with 100% accuracy.

Coordinating with different country Payroll teams to ensure accuracy in processing Equity inputs

Collaboration with stake holders from various countries including HQ

Auditing data inserted into HRIS to ensure high data integrity and runs data checks for equity events.

Transition of activities by bundling various countries Equity administration in India

Closely interacting with the different service lines to stabilize and standardize processes that require tasks from different teams (e.g. payroll & HR admin).

Your success is grounded in:

Any graduate

A good understanding of HR processes in Shared Services environment

You bring 4-6 years of experience in HR processes and experience with data auditing and reconciliation

Analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual problems

Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with diverse/cross-functional teams, as well as elicit work output from peers and other team members

Effective communication

Ability to coordinate and complete tasks as per schedule.

Ability to identify non-compliance to standards.
