Junior Executive - GIS Busduct Testing

• Perform Routine Testing: Perform routine testing of Busduct and passive modulesof GIS from 66kV to 420kV. Tests consistof test mechanical testing, product inspection and high voltage testing.
• Operate Testing Equipment: Proficiently operate CB Timing kits, SF6 handlingplants, Cranes, and Gas Insulated High Voltage Testing kits.
• Troubleshoot and Diagnose: Identify and resolve faults in products and wiringefficiently.
• Participate inImprovement Programs: Activelyengage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Continuous Improvement programs,Compliance and Corporate Governance, and adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines.
• Qualifications: Diplomain Electrical Engineering with a total experience of 2-3 years, including atleast 1 year of experience in GIS routine testing.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingnessand ability to work in all three shifts.

Technical Skills:

Understanding of manufacturing and assembly drawings.

Proficiency in preparing documentation and maintainingrecords of performed tests.

Experience in conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) infront of customers.

EHS Knowledge: Familiaritywith environmental health and safety regulations and procedures.

Lean Manufacturing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of lean principles and techniquesto optimize processes and eliminate waste.
