Job Description

Inyour new role as Factory Finance Controller you will be responsible for:
Inthis position youll prepare close estimate templates, participate in monthlyclose review calls, perform deviation analysis, and prepare monthly andquarterly close summaries.
Responsiblefor efficient and detailed budgeting and forecasting process
Monitoringof Fixed Assets- C-WIP review
Forecasting& Monitoring of Working Capital
Ensuringeffective & timely closure of Cost Audit
Challengingthe stakeholders at every point is the key
Costcontrolling for various functional costs including but not limited to -SG&A, COGS, Order controlling, People cost etc.
Coordinatingexternal/internal audits, ensuring risk and internal control processesadherence, transfer pricing audits etc
Managingand preparing key reporting on a monthly / quarterly basis
Ensuringa clean balance sheet with thorough review and regular cleanup
Drivethe digitalization initiatives / ideas leading to smarter reporting, process& productivity improvement.
Leadingspecial projects from time to time.
Ensurecompliance to all internal / external rules & regulations like ICFR, SFRG,Tax, ECC, hedging etc.

Wedon t need superheroes, just super minds.

Youare a Bachelors in Commerce or Business Management with 1 to 2 years ofexperience OR Fresher MBA/CA/ICWA

Youhave good understanding of accounting topics

GoodAnalytical and Communication & Microsoft Excel, presentation Skills.

Youare ready to explore new tools/horizons, innovate and act as a businessenabler.

Youpossess positive attitude and never give up in the face of adversity.

ExcellentMS Office (excel & power point) skills.
