- CommercialProject Management - Managing projects of different magnitude like a separateP&L, involvement in financial decisions and reporting in projectionexecution phase. Identify and assess financial risks, develop mitigationstrategies, and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Service Finance -Managing service operations of spares parts, repairs, field services of SiemensEnergy businesses including processes such as order to cash and financialreporting.
- Controlling -Financial controlling of segment/ business units, budgeting, forecasting acrossfunctions involving monthly analysis of financial statements, identify trends,variances, and improvement opportunities. Coordinate and manage internal andexternal audits, ensuring the implementation of audit recommendations andcorrective actions.
