Job Description

You are a B.E. / Diploma in Electrical engineering with 10-15 years of relevant experience in Large/medium Power / Process plants. You should have sound knowledge on Electrical equipment s such as Switchgears / Breakers / Motors / Diodes etc. You should be able to understand Single Line diagram / Panel Wiring drawings / IO List and able to do the wiring checks / loop testing /troubleshooting in Panel.

You should have worked on LT/HT systems including AC/DC drives/motors and Panels.
Knowledge of Generator/Grid Breaker Relays of Siemens/ABB shall be added advantage.

Knowledge of programming of Automatic Voltage Regulator of ABB, Siemens 7UM/ABB 545 Relays would be useful.
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer facing environment.
Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and willing to work in inter disciplinary teams.
You may have to work shifts / flexibility in working hours as part of your job and traveling to different Powerplant sites across India.
You should have skill for troubleshooting and make observations on breakdown of equipment s.
You should be ready to travel at odd hours to attend Emergency / Breakdown calls.
The nature of work involves 80 to 90% travelling to customer s site.
You should be able to articulate fluently with customers at site.
