Your new role - challenging and future-oriented

Procurement Manager

Coordination with Order Managementfor all incoming purchase requests with all required technical inputs.

Invite offers from approved suppliers,in close co-ordination with strategic procurement team, from local and importmarket.

Make techno-commercial evaluation ofoffers, negotiate as per benchmarking and prepare techno-commercial comparisonfor assessment and approval. Purchase order creation and close follow-up fordelivery of goods and services in line with end customer want date within thecompliance framework of organization.

Establish and manage communicationwith support functions like engineering, quality, stores, commercials, financeetc.

Define and execute strategy forvendor loading and monitor on time deliveries from suppliers to meet endcustomer delivery and organization revenue targets.

Prepare advance planning and strategyin co-ordination with order management team for raw material and spareinventory for smooth execution of short lead time customer orders.

Co-ordinate and monitor with internalworkshop for need of their purchase requests for goods and services for jobsgetting repaired / manufactured in house.
