RC Package Engineering and Project Documentations (RC package component/ system engineering , development of General arrangement / layout, Valves engineering .PID development, Operating philosophy development, participation in design reviews / engineering review - HAZOP STUDY and model / design / engineering review etc.)
Integration/ engineering of various systems of RC compressor with variety of prime movers
Piping design, routing, piping GA & Isometric drawing preparation with MTO, Development of PID in Comos / AutoCAD, Development / piping Isometrics, structural design drawing and MTO (Bill of Material).
Interpretation of simulations studies and implementation of study results (Stress Analysis, Pulsation analysis etc.), Basic calculations for pipe, sizing, pressure drops and other piping related sizes.
Liaise with client / Consultant - for technical matters, drawing approval, 3-D Model review, Support fabrication and packaging at Siemens shop / site.
Exposure to ERP System i.e. Oracle, SAP, Globus TC etc. will be added advantage, Bid (proposal ) , Shop . field support, Compliant to IMS
How You ll Make an Impact
RC package engineering - in Teamcenter environment for rotating equipment packages, balance of plant systems, piping, structural, tubing designing etc (Package and system related models / drawings for rotating equipment s like Reciprocating Compressors /Turbine/Expander systems, process systems, equipments, consoles / aux systems, hookups, skids etc.in compliance to Siemens energy standard and within applicable specifications.)
Engineering, Design, drawing crafting shall be based on client s / consultant s requirement, order specifications and other applicable technical specifications, formats etc.
To provide back-office engineering support for engineering, drafting and document control activities for different Siemens Energy operations globally and also Workshop, Vendor, Client site supports basis project need 3D model development for equipment and systems including piping, piping supports, valves, structures, instrumentation, hook ups. (NX11 / E3D -PDMS).
To prepare engineering specifications for project MBOs, Piping material/ valves, System components for procurement.

What You Bring
Must have a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience. 4 to 12 years of proven experience in package engineering, including systems crafting, 3D model development, component design, piping cataloging, and knowledge of rotating equipment systems.
Knowledge in- B31.3 / B 31.3 piping design.
Able to work independently to develop General arrangement Drawing / Piping Plan / piping isometric / Supports etc.
Knowhow of 3 D modeling of packages on Inventor / PDMS / PDS / E3D is helpful.
Exposure of Piping stress analysis on K pipe / CESAR/ STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS - FEA
Detailed knowledge of consultant s piping specifications with Valves, industrial piping design & fabrication.
Knowledge & exposure of international standards / code like: ASME / ASTM / API / AWS, relevant to Piping. ( ISO 13631 / API 618/ 610 / API 611 /612 /613/614/660 /661/670/671/677 /686/551 RP/ 526, ASME B16.5/16.11.16.47 /B31.3, ASME SEC VIII , Various material std - ASTMS/ NACE ETC )
Preparation of - piping components specification for procurement, piping drawings and MTO.
Experience/ Exposure to work with & interpretation of technical specifications of - world-class consultants like: EIL / TEIL / UHDE / LTC / Technip / Shell DEP / ARAMCO / PDO etc
Basic knowledge of - Rotating equipment compressor/ Pumps & other Mechanical items, engineering calculations, interpretation of engineering drawings
Reading and Preparation of Package Engineering drawings like P&I Diagram, General Arrangement, Foundation Plan, piping plan and piping isometric drawings.
Proficiency in various software applications such as MS Office (Project, Excel), Adobe PDF, SAP, and Team Center, which are crucial for flawless project execution. Experience working with computer software is a must, particularly Microsoft Office.
Candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, Strong soft personal skill i.e. great teammate, quick learner, ability to adapt quickly & optimally etc.
Experience in Oil & Gas and Power Generation industry (Gas and Steam), Knowledge of a production planning and schedule-based environment
