• Preparing daily petty cash voucher and maintain in Excell sheet

• Checking vendors challan, bills and send to head office

• Maintain Stock inword & outwards in excel, document filing

• Stock reconciliation, preparing of Monthly reports

• Preparing daily stock report & submitted to site in charge

• Maintain material stock in store & report to site incharge

• Maintain diesel consumption sheet.
