We are seeking a dynamic Hospital Marketing Manager with strong local market knowledge and expertise in healthcare marketing. The ideal candidate will drive strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, patient acquisition, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to local market dynamics.
• Implement innovative marketing campaigns across digital, print, and community outreach channels.
• Manage online presence and social media platforms to drive engagement and enhance brand perception.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to align marketing strategies with hospital objectives.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Plan and coordinate hospital events, seminars, and health camps to foster community relations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and community members.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
