Job Description
- Promote the services to the new clients
- Responsible for the conversion of the enquiries
- Understand on the need and requirement of client and pitch on the core values of Athulya home care and Assisted Living.
- Give immediate response to clients
- Maintain Smooth relationship with all clients/customers
- Pass on the positive enquiries to the executive for the conversion
- Day to day database to be updated and MIS to be shared to the Core team to proceed further.
- Send MIS to the team on the daily basis
- Complete back-end support to all the internal and external team members
- Follow the SOP in all the case
