Project Support: Assist in project planning and execution, track project timelines, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and ensure that all parties involved are informed of project updates.
Communication: Act as the main point of contact for project team members and client. Ensure clear and timely communication regarding progress, delays, or challenges.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, action items, and meeting minutes.
Resource Management: Track and manage project resources, ensuring the necessary personnel, tools, and materials are available.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, escalate issues, and collaborate on solutions to keep the project on track.
Quality Control: Help monitor the project to ensure that the quality of deliverables meets established standards.
Qualification
Diploma/Bachelor/masters in electrical or mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
Familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work in a team and handle various project tasks efficiently.
