Finance Assistant Manager

1 - Investments & Redemption

• To prepare daily fund transfer letters for investment of daily collection into designated Mutual Funds/FD.
• To review and reconcile daily collection in bank account with Revenue sheet.
• To prepare daily Investment slip and submission to Mutual Fund within cut off time.
• To prepare fund redemption request based on fund requirement for payments and submission of the same to MF/Banks within cut off time.
• To post accounting entries of daily investments and redemption in ERP and reconcile the balances on monthly basis with MF statement/Bank statements.
• To liaising with Mutual Fund company and banks for providing periodical holding statement along with NAV and any other requirements.

2 - Daily Banking Transactions

• Preparation of weekly fund requirement based on payment requirement received from the Site Accounts.
• To take approval for fund redemption based on fund requirement received.
• Preparation of payment letters for fund transfer and take signatures from authorised person.
• Preparation and review of payments letters for vendor payments are matching with ERP records.
• Submission of payments instruction to bank for processing the payment in timely manner within cut off time.
• Monthly loan interest and principal repayments letters preparation and submission to bank before due dates.
• To UTR from the bank and provide the same to respective stakeholder.

3 - Liaising with Banks and Mutual Fund companies

• To liaising with Mutual Fund company and banks for providing periodical holding statement along with NAV and bank statements.
• Bank Accounts Control (Account opening, Net banking to authorised user, solving of any problem related to banks and ensure correct mapping of authorized person in bank records as per the approved Board resolution).
• Mutual Fund accounts Control (Folio opening, Access of authorised user, solving of any problem related to MF and ensure correct mapping of authorized person in MF company records as per the approved Board resolution).
• Updating signatories and their specific digital signatures in Bank/MF as and when amended by board resolution.
• Other day to day liaising with banks/MF for any issue on investments, payments or other requirements.

4 - MIS & Reporting

• Obtaining end use certificate of loan disbursement, preparing working for end use certificate from the chartered accountant and submission to lenders.
• To prepare and provide various information requirement by lenders under the financing agreement (financial Covenant).
• To prepare and present Bank Guarantee tracker on monthly basis to management for vendors & customers both.
• To prepare and present Investment tracker (FD & Mutual Funds) on monthly basis to management for income earned during the period. To provide monthly income working to team for recognition in accounts.
