Full Stack Lead Developer

Role & responsibilities :

• Understand design principles, architecture, and agile processes
• Develop products while working closely with the business team
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications
• Adopt and practice strong engineering best practices
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and launch new features
• Maintain code integrity and organization

Desired profile:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6 or above)
• Familiarity with Angular (9+) or Python/Node.js
• Understanding of NoSQL databases (MongoDB/DynamoDB)
• Knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and writing SQL queries
• Awareness of Event Driven Architecture, microservices, and REST APIs
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (GIT, SVN)

Skill sets needed:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or Python/Node.js, NoSQL databases (MongoDB/DynamoDB)
• Agile software development methodologies
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, and team collaboration skill
