Main Duties
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the Head of Talent will be responsible for
the establishment of a Talent Development function at SI Global. You will implement a
talent management program that will enable the business to fully understand the talent
profile of the business, identifying top talent, future and aspiring leaders while creating
succession plans for critical roles across the organisation. Through the management
of a team of learning professionals, you will develop globally scalable strategic learning
and development curriculum, framework and programs aligned to business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
