Purpose of the Role - Maintain the servers and application backup

Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge to create and Maintain Microsoft Hyper-V servers.
• Build and configure Windows VMware servers.
• Participating in system design improvements and performance enhancements
• Monitoring servers performance and identifying potential issues.
• Work experience on HP DL360 Gen10 servers.
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Azure administration.
• Knowledge to maintain the IT asset management.
• Experience as a Windows administrator
• Familiarity with security tools and best practices.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot system issues.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong knowledge on WSUS server.

Responsibilities for windows server administrator

• Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory synchronization, PowerShell scripts, DNS issues.
• Executes a planned program of Windows Defender updates, patch, and service pack management, including testing, deployment staging, and documentation.
• Push windows and application updates by using the WSUS server.
• Push windows updated for client workstations by using the Intune console.
• Daily monitor windows servers backup by using the Commvault backup tool.
• Perform production server backup restoration twice in year.
• Responsible for production support activities for facilities operations to ensure the security and stability of the environment.
• Providing technical support to IT support team.
• Manage the IT assets.
• Support Defender for IOT systems and servers.
• Manage the PRTG tool for servers.
• Manage the Azure file share drives and storage accounts.
• Coordinate with SOC for servers vulnerability reports.

Experience for windows server administrator

• 5+ years of working experience managing IT enterprise Physical &Microsoft Hyper-V and
  Windows servers & services, HP model is a plus
