System/Server Administrator

Role & responsibilities

Daily Tasks:

• Maintain Windows servers and some linux servers on daily basis
• Work on RMM (Management tool) alerts on PCs and systems and solve them
• Do basic maintenance like firmware upgrades and backups on firewalls
• Run patch updates on applications on client systems (training will be provided)
• Maintain MS SQL servers. Perform backups and run optimizations and routine maintenance.
• Answer limited number of client calls for emergency downtime or PC tech support

Preferred candidate profile

Job Skillset:

• Good English to be able to speak to US clients on his/her own
• Windows Server on-hand experience with active directory, maintenance, backups, etc
• Linux Servers experience is plus
• MS SQL Server hands-on experience with doing maintenance, running queries and optimization
• Proactive and self-committed personality
