Line Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Line Leader to oversee and manage our manufacturing production line. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a solid understanding of production processes, and a proven track record of driving team performance to achieve production targets while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the production line team to meet daily and monthly output targets.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct routine quality checks and address any defects or process deviations.
• Train and guide team members on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical processes.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications
