Audit Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Audit Executive to join our team. As an Audit Executive, you will be deployed at the clients location in Bengaluru to assist in conducting audits, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in auditing, accounting, or finance to gain hands-on experience in the audit field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Execution:
• Assist in conducting internal and external audits for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
• Support senior auditors in planning and executing audits, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring timely completion.
• Review financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Financial Documentation & Reporting:
• Assist in the preparation of audit reports, summarizing findings, and recommending improvements to financial systems and controls.
• Assist in the analysis of financial data and reports to ensure adherence to relevant accounting principles and regulations.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date audit working papers and documentation for review by senior auditors and management.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, accounting standards, and client-specific guidelines during audit processes.
• Assist in identifying potential risks, discrepancies, and areas of financial inefficiencies, and report them to the audit manager.
• Client Interaction & Support:
• Develop professional relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication regarding audit progress, timelines, and findings.
• Provide clients with recommendations to improve financial controls and streamline accounting practices.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet audit deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks or special assignments as needed by the senior audit team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:
• B.Com / M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 0 - 1 year of experience in audit, accounting, or finance (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Skills:
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and audit processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

*Employee will be deployed full-time at Client's location in Bengaluru.
