Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build strong client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and close deals efficiently. This role involves engaging with clients, showcasing properties, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Management :
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
Property Sales :
- Showcase residential or commercial properties to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Prepare and execute sales contracts and other documentation.
Market Research :
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Lead Generation :
- Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and advertising.
- Maintain a database of potential and past clients.
Customer Service :
- Ensure clients have a seamless property buying or selling experience.
- Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in real estate or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of local property laws and market conditions is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
