Consultant/ Senior Consultant-Java Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Java developers, providing guidance and support on technical challenges.
• Take ownership of the design, development, and delivery of Java-based applications, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• key role in shaping the technical direction of the team, ensuring best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Allocate tasks, manage workload, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Strong experience with Core Java, JPA, Hibernate, Spring MVC framework, Spring Webflow framework, Spring Security, Bootstrap & Javascript, Theme engine like Thymeleaf and JSTL.
• Good working knowledge of Spring Boot and PL/SQL.
• Conceptually clear of OOPS (Object Oriented Programming) concepts
• Experienced and Strong Understanding of the web development
• Experience of RESTful API development and integration.
• Clean coding style with clear separating of UI and functionality.
• Understanding the requirement & Converting them as prototype, convert them to solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into the teams work.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Very good communication skills preferably English.
• Self-Motivated & Decision-Making Abilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of leading and managing development teams.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a positive, productive team culture
