Risk Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of risk management in the financial sector, especially in NBFCs, with the ability to evaluate, assess, and mitigate potential risks while optimizing the lending portfolio's returns.

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and implement risk management strategies to ensure the integrity and safety of the companys lending activities.
• Develop and maintain risk models and analytical tools for risk assessment and portfolio management.
• Collaborate with senior management to define the risk appetite and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor the quality of the loan portfolio and recommend provisions for potential non-performing assets (NPLs).
• Lead the assessment and due diligence processes for high-value secured loans.
• Continuously evaluate industry trends, regulatory changes, and market risks to keep the risk management framework up-to-date.
• Work closely with the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and senior management to assess the companys overall risk profile and exposure.
