POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE >>>

Graduates (Freshers may apply)
MBA will be an advantage (Freshers may apply)
Fluent Marathi reading, writing will be an advantage
Worked in construction industry, experienced of Back Office Operations will be preferred

Good Communication skills (Verbal & Written in fluent Marathi & English)

IT systems savvy would be an advantage
Should be able to handle assigned work after proper training
Should be excellent in Excel & Word

DESIRED:
Have worked or interested in the construction industry or firm with diversified industries / business activities, covering broad spectrum of operations general administration functions / responsibilities.

MAJOR ROLE:
Hands on and manage all aspects of development of a project and work assigned as required basis.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the company policies, goals and objectives.
Complies with Corporate Policies and Procedures requirements.
Responsible for speed, flexibility and reliability of assigned work
To ensure execute work assigned, which shall include responsibilities of an Admin Liaison /Jr Officer Perform any other tasks as and when assigned

Will be responsible for operations and development of the assigned project or work.
Operations in development of projects
Assist in procurement activities
