Marketing And Sales Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience. The Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting schools and educational institutions to market our textbooks, create awareness, and generate sales. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for building relationships and excellent communication skills in both English and Telugu to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
• Visit schools and educational institutions within the assigned territory to introduce and promote our textbooks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers and educators
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through school visits and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent outreach and relationship management
• Gather insights on school needs and market trends to improve product offerings

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in educational or field sales
•Fluent in English and Telugu
•Any college degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned region

Benefits:
• Starting salary from ₹20,000/month,
•The starting salary is ₹35,000/month for candidates
with a minimum of 2 years of experience
