Aviation Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Design and Development:
Develop, update, and deliver training programs for aviation personnel in accordance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ICAO, FAA, EASA).
Design training materials, manuals, presentations, and assessments for classroom and practical training sessions.
Ensure that all training content is current, accurate, and aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Classroom and Practical Training:
Conduct theoretical and practical training for various aviation roles, including pilots, cabin crew, ground staff, and maintenance personnel.
Provide training in areas such as flight safety, customer service, aviation regulations, emergency procedures, and aviation equipment usage.
Utilize training simulators, aircraft, and other training resources to ensure practical learning.

Assessments and Evaluation:
Monitor and assess trainees progress through written tests, practical exercises, and evaluations.
Provide feedback to trainees, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
Develop certification processes for trainees and ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and standards before certification.

Must be a female having experience of atleast 6 years as a cabin crew/ Air Hostess/ Lead Cabin Attendant.
