- Maintaining Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables.
- Filing vouchers, bills, correspondence, documents etc.
- Co-ordination with Bankers
- Manage and oversee all aspects of Direct and Indirect Taxation, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize ERP tools to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments such as Sales, CRM, Engineering & HR to optimize the use of ERP systems.
- Provide training and support to team members on ERP functionalities.
- Assist in preparation and analysis of financial statements, with a focus on the balance sheet.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, making necessary adjustments and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for financial reporting.
