Senior Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of Hyundai excavator machines, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
• Customer Support: Address client concerns, deliver technical assistance, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of services, parts usage, and inventory for seamless operations.
• Technical Expertise: Stay updated on advancements in Hyundai excavators and related construction equipment technologies.
• Training: Provide operator training on equipment usage and maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Compliance: Follow safety regulations and company protocols during all service activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in servicing and maintaining construction equipment, particularly Hyundai excavators.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems for construction machinery.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective customer and team interaction.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, ITI, or a related field is preferred.
• License: Valid drivers license and availability to travel to customer locations as needed.
