- Team Leadership: Managing and leading a team of IT professionals, including network administrators, system administrators, and support staff
- Budget Management: Developing and managing the IT budget, including cost analysis, procurement, and cost optimization
- Security Management: Ensuring the security of data and information systems through the implementation of cybersecurity measures, access controls, and disaster recovery plans
- Project Management: Supervising IT projects, including software development, system upgrades, and technology implementations, to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Vendor Management: Collaborating with technology vendors, negotiating contracts, and evaluating third-party services and solutions
