Openings in one of the leading nbfc company for Associate Tele Collections

Key Responsibilities

1. Contact customers : Reach out to customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding debts.

2. Negotiate payments : Work with customers to establish payment plans, settlements, or other arrangements.

3. Resolve disputes : Investigate and resolve customer complaints and disputes.

4. Update records : Accurately document customer interactions and update account records.

5. Meet targets : Achieve monthly collection targets and performance metrics.

6. Comply with regulations : Adhere to industry regulations, such as Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

7. Collaborate : Work with internal teams, like customer service and accounting.

CTC - Max upto 7 LPA

EXP - Minimum 1 years in tele collections in nbfc
