Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Complete Showroom Management ( Sales, Service and Spare parts)



Preferred candidate profile - Minimum 5 years of experience in Automobile Industry.

    • Maintain records and documentation as required by local authorities and manufacturers.
  7. Reporting:
    • Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and showroom performance.
    • Provide reports to higher management and manufacturers.
  8. Technical Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on the latest motorcycle and scooter models, features, and technologies.
    • Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their needs.
  9. Customer Feedback:
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to make improvements.
    • Implement strategies for enhancing the overall customer experience.
  10. Problem-Solving:
    • Address operational issues promptly.
    • Find solutions to challenges related to sales, inventory, and customer service.
  11. Safety and Security:
    • Ensure the showroom premises are secure.
    • Implement safety measures for staff and customers.
  12. Goal Setting:
    • Collaborate with senior management to set showroom targets and objectives.
    • Develop action plans to achieve these goals.
  13. Market Research:
    • Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
    • Use market insights to adapt strategies accordingly.
  14. Product Knowledge:
    • Keep up-to-date with technical specifications and features of all 2-wheeler models.
