Job Description
Timely filing of tax declarations and tax payments.
Responsible for all Tax Compliances for India.
Team Management and coordination.
Independent handling of all tax notices, enquiries and audits.
Support with preparation, audit, submission of financial statements in accordance with local legal regulations and coordinate with accountants, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
Follow up on changes in local regulations and coordinate with the responsible finance colleagues to keep country specifications up to date.
Proactively work on & implement any changes in local tax laws & regulations.
Coordinate with tax consultants & advise responsible finance colleagues regarding changes in taxation laws & compliances, etc., and follow up on tax refunds & legal cases concerning taxation.
All other duties as assigned or required.
