Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage showroom operations, including sales floor management, inventory control, and customer service.
  
• Oversee retail sales teams to achieve targets and provide coaching for improvement.
  
• Ensure effective store operations by controlling shrinkage, pilferage, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
  
• Develop strategies to increase sales revenue through promotions, events, and product launches.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (HR, Admin) to ensure seamless functioning of the organization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in jewelry background with expertise in gold, diamonds, gems, watches, luxury items.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing retail stores effectively.
  
• Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices; ability to train staff on selling techniques.
  
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
