Job Summary :
We are seeking an accomplished Head of Cyber Security to lead and manage the cyber security initiatives for our operations across India and the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing robust cyber security frameworks, managing SOC operations, and aligning cyber security strategies with organizational goals. This is a leadership role that requires a visionary mindset, technical expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills to protect the organization from emerging threats and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the design and execution of security frameworks, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Oversee the management and performance of Security Operations Centers (SOC) across multiple geographies.
- Drive initiatives to enhance cyber resilience, including incident response planning, risk management, and business continuity programs.
Technical Expertise :
- Supervise threat intelligence, threat hunting, and vulnerability management (VAPT) activities.
- Manage the implementation of advanced security technologies, including Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
- Lead efforts in cyber forensics, penetration testing, and encryption services to safeguard organizational assets.
- Ensure the effective integration of security measures during mergers, acquisitions, and infrastructure upgrades.

Governance, Risk, and Compliance :
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for information security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regional and international regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address cyber risks and improve overall security posture.
Team Leadership and Development :
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, multicultural team of security professionals.
- Conduct regular training and awareness programs to enhance organizational security culture.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums to establish thought leadership.
Certifications :
- Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA)
- Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI)
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
- PCI-DSS Implementer
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certified
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combating Financial Terrorism (CFT) certified (preferred).

- Hands-on experience in managing cybersecurity projects across India and the MENA region.
