Junior / Research Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Research Analyst/Research Analyst to manage secure data entry for share market trading statements. The role involves accurately entering and verifying transaction details, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the share market, stocks, mutual funds, index funds, dead funds etc. along with decent English communication and email writing skills. Basic proficiency in Excel is also required.

Job Title: Junior Research Analyst/Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify and input trading statements and transactions from share market statements to client tool.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of financial data.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in transaction/holdings records.
• Maintain organized documentation and generate reports if needed in excel/ppt.
• Communicate with multiple internal and external teams via email/MS team chat for data-related clarifications or process related work.
• Understanding of basic Excel functions for data organization and analysis.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of share market, stocks, mutual funds, index funds, dead funds etc.
• Decent English communication and email writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information securely.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience in financial data entry or research analysis is an advantage.
