Working Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM IST
Shift Coverage: The trainer will cover two shifts per day to ensure maximum training support for employees.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Communication Skills Trainer for a two-month contract to enhance our employees' communication abilities through hands-on training and continuous on-the-job support. The goal of this initiative is to improve overall team performance, enhance communication skills, and provide consistent feedback to employees during work hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) & Training Needs Identification (TNI): Assess the communication skill gaps within the team and develop tailored training modules and programs based on the findings
• Conduct structured and interactive classroom training two hours before each shift. Sessions will focus on improving communication skills, addressing gaps, and introducing best practices.
• Floor Support: Provide continuous support during regular working hours. Key tasks include:
• Deliver one-on-one feedback to employees on their communication skills and call quality.
• Conduct live call monitoring to offer real-time feedback and coaching.
• Assist with challenging situations and offer immediate coaching.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in corporate communication training, especially in a call center environment, is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide real-time feedback.
• Ability to develop and execute structured training programs that align with operational goals.
