Job Title: Field Sales Officer

Industry: Agriculture & Irrigation

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Agriculture/Irrigation Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell irrigation products such as spray pumps, pipes, and other related equipment.
• Identify and approach potential customers, including farmers, distributors, and retailers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on usage and benefits.
• Collect customer feedback and report it to the management for product improvements.
• Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment collection.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the agriculture/irrigation sector.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation products and their applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Must have a valid driving license and a two-wheeler (preferred).
