Role & responsibilities

Daily Office Operations:

• Open and Close Office: Ensure the office is opened and closed promptly at the start and end of the business day. Perform necessary office setup and security tasks.
• Agent Coordination:
• Calling Agents for Meetings: Reach out to agents and confirm the schedule for meetings with Gurpreet (Sales Person), ensuring that all necessary preparations are made.
• Coordinating with Agents: Confirm details, collect feedback, and provide any updates to the agents about upcoming meetings or travel arrangements.

Follow-Up on Queries:

• Team Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with the team regarding ongoing queries and ensure that all client requests are being addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Providing Updates: Track the progress of responses and solutions provided by the team, and inform clients accordingly.

Portal Login and Demo:

• Portal Portal Access: Log into the travel portal regularly to monitor and manage travel bookings.
• Giving Portal Demos to Mumbai Agents: Conduct training sessions and demos for Mumbai-based agents to familiarize them with the travel portal, its features, and how to use it effectively for bookings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in Travel Coordination: 1.5 years of experience in the travel industry or similar roles is beneficial.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with agents, team members, and clients.
• Attention to Detail: The candidate should have knowledge of international travel destinations, package creation, and costing. We will provide training also.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with using travel portals, Microsoft Office, and communication tools.
• Organized and Responsible: Manage office operations and follow-ups efficiently.
• Client-Oriented: Strong focus on ensuring client and agent satisfaction through timely responses and demonstrations.
