Job Description
- Your primary focus is providing comprehensive support for our globally Microsoft Power BI platform.
- You ll be the initial contact for all topics related to Microsoft Power BI, ranging from basic architecture to specific reporting issues.
- Holistic report Lifecycle - creation, deployment and Visualization
- Assist colleagues from both IT and business in the BI and data analytics environment, both inland and abroad.
- Participate in data modeling and conduct necessary basic requirements analyses.
- Functional Expertise: Stay informed about Power BI functionalities and latest developments to create solution concepts for complex requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and implement adjustments to the platform and existing systems.
- Prepare and execute meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Profile
- Degree in computer science, economics or comparable
- You have a strong Microsoft Power BI skills, ideally including DAX proficiency, Data Integration (Data Source Connection, Data Query), SQL Knowledge and Power BI administration (Collaboration, Integration, Gateway connection).
- Experience in Data Literacy (Modeling, visualization, transformation) and report design rounds your profile.
- You have sound knowledge of designing BI solutions based on modern concepts.
- Initial cloud experience, ideally with Azure
- You think analytically and work in a structured manner, have familiarity with semantic and logical data modeling.
- Microsoft Technology Stack: Practical experience with the Microsoft technology stack, specifically Power BI Desktop, Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), and Power BI Report Server.
- Good practical experience implementing complex reporting requirements using Microsoft Power BI, ideally within a corporate setting
