Maintenance & Production Manager

Production :-

• Oversee end-to-end production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
• Plan, schedule, and optimize production activities to meet demand while minimizing waste.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for raw material availability.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality protocols in the production environment.
• Monitor KPIs such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), production yield, and downtime

Boiler & Compressor Management:

• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of steam boilers, air compressors, chillers, HVAC, and other utility equipment.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for boilers, compressors, and other critical utility systems to minimize breakdowns.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety norms, and periodic inspections of utility equipment.
• General Equipment & Plant Maintenance:
• Lead a team of maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure smooth operation of all machinery.
• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Work closely with the engineering team for machine upgrades, process automation, and efficiency improvements.
