Account Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers.
Perform daily accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and processing transactions.
Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Assist in tax preparation, GST filing, and compliance tasks.
Ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations.
Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documents.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Knowledge of accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
